Order Confirmation Policy

  1. Once we receive your order, it will be processed within 12-48 hours. After processing and validating your payment, we will send you an order confirmation email.

  2. After confirming your order, it will be prepared for shipment and will be delivered within 2-5 days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order by visiting our Track Order page.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates:

  • For Prepaid Orders: No shipping and handling fee. Free shipping is included.

  • For COD Orders: A shipping and handling fee is applicable.

Delivery Timeframe:

  • Prepaid Orders: Delivered within 4-5 days after dispatch.

  • COD Orders: Delivered within 7-8 days after dispatch.

If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
