Only Replacement Policy (No Return, Refund, or Exchange)

We request you to pls check all images and read description ,details throughly before purchasing.

Our team do checks each product to ensure it does not have any defects.

BUT

In rare case if there any defect, damaged item in transit or missing item in order, you can register a complaint by sending us an email/watsapp followed by uncut opening video(compulsory) and close up images at ethnicsupply.in@gmail.com or whatsapp on +91 99747-70089.

We will initiate  replacement (NEW PRODUCT) only after investigation.

It can take 2-3 days.

  • To be eligible for any kind of replacement, as mentioned above you are required to record a 360 degree uncut video of opening the package when u recive product to prove that you received an already defective product.

  • Do share your order number/or order placement screenshot along with unboxing video.

  • In case of claim passed you have to self ship the product back to us on given address(by us) via India Post, we reimbers 100rs max.

  • For Claim of shipping cost watsapp your courier receipt.

  • Your new product will be dispatched after we recive defect item at our premises.
